Maybe try welding a plate into the sump to accept an oil filler tube like the T25 1.9 diesel "wedge sump"?

I have a 300tdi pump on an AHU 90bhp 1.9tdi engine, I can confirm it makes tuning much easier, it's all done with manual adjustments. I'm pretty sure mines now running around 100-110bhp on a bog stock ...

Is the turbo oil drain clear and in the right orientation? I guess if the oil can't drain back to the sump it could overcome the seals and cause run away?
