the manifold flanges on the heads are symmetrical, however, whether you can turn the header around depends on whether the header you have has enough room to clear everything (mainly the oil filter, cam belt covers, etc). Someone on here has used a turbo header on a n/a engine, fitted in reverse, with a single silencer under the rh end of the bumper. It looked quite neat.
Some of the standard Subaru headers fit in reverse too. _________________ Regards,
