Hi, ive started reading through your site trying to get as much info as possible before i begin....

you've got a few LINK pages of various info on the ej20t ..but they're not working

...

oh it's ej20t into late bay.....just to make things interesting

Oh you've sold me the bellhousing kit over adaptor plate idea......

You'll be getting into moving fuel tanks and major bodywork tweaking to beta turbo into a late Bay if you do it the way most I have seen have been done. Why not make a new header to move the turbo instead? You may even be able to use the standard header, either turned around or in it's original orirentation, and replace the up pipe with a new fabrication which puts the turbo in a better location.
If it was me, I'd put it behind the engine, or off to one side. I'm not too keen on the idea of having something with the potential to glow red hot underneath the petrol tank. This is probably far less work than moving the petrol tank and making room for the turbo in it's original Subaru location, and you'll end up with a more practical, less hacked around bus. One day I may look into making the parts to do this, but it won't be for a long time yet, as I have for too many other jobs to do first.

) i was hoping for another way around it help

....

My engines not even here yet...it's somewhere on a pallet at the mo so havn't seen what im up against......but i prefer the idea of moving the turbo

..

Now...... i dont suppose your having a christmas sale on turbo bell housings by chance Wink
