All depending what model/year of car... the headers can differ loads, look around a scrappy (wreaker's yard) at different ones if you're on a budget. Which most of us are if we're DIYing it

And yes you should be able to weld it using a no-gas mig. Be careful as they do run hotter than a gas mig for the same voltage/current. Zorst tubing's around 1mm thick, so it shouldn't be a problem _________________ The advice you receive on here is worth the paper it's written on.
