My site!

Am engaged in Porsche 5 speed conversion parts and Subaru conversion parts.
Have an own casted flat aluminium oilsump. 50 mm less than the original oilsump, 4.25 litres of capacity, very stabile, very good cooling properties.

I bought one of the sumps and a 5-speed 901 box front mount. Very good parts and very good service.

Bug@5speed, did you ever get in touch with your feriend who does the 5 speed selector gate (to go under the gear shift) ?
I never did get a reply from you.

Sorry for my answer coming so late.

The plates are not fabricated anymore. But I can also tell you that the plates were only a compromise. They were very hard to adjust and did not give you the corrct guidance. They did not have a spring gate in direction of the 1st in the 901 / 914.

I can recommend my 5-speed shifter. Itīs working very precise and secure. The throw is only 55 mm per gear. People who drive this shifter are all very satisfied with the fuction of this shifter.

Have this shifter now also for Porsche cars with 901 and 915 gearboxes. Can also be used for Bugs where a conversion to an original Porsche shifter was already made. This shifter comes with an aluminim casted housing, is CNC-machined and powder coated.

To all of you:

If youīve got questions on my products, donīt heasitate to contact me. English wonīt be a problem (even if you called me)

Thanks Martin

Cleverchap,

sorry for late answer.

If you make some adjustments you can also use my shifter in the Splitty. You could also use my new Porsche-Style shifter, which was made for old 911 with 901 and 915 gearboxes. It has an. al. casted housing and looks very fine. You would only need a longer shift stick. If I knew the length I would make it for you.

If you are interested, then I will send you some pictures. Please e-mail to: info@bugat5speed.de

Martin,
I am interested in the shifter. I am running an early Porsche 911 901 tail shift gearbox so the porsche style shifter sounds good.
I'll find out the shifter stick length and send you an email this weekend.
Thanks
