How much longer is a petrol input shaft on a bus box than the diesel one?

Long enough to not be usable with a diesel engine. Either replace the end half of the shaft (pretty easy to switch when the bellhousing is off) or cut the petrol shaft.
I can measure the length of the petrol shaft this noon on an AAP, but the diesel box is still in the pickup. If someone doesn't answer with the difference I'll measure it for you when the the engine is picked out. Will take a while though. |
