ecu ????????????

evening all

thought i would take a look at the wiring this evening
i thought i had everything i need ecu transponder etc
but then i found this connecter {see pic}
my brother inlaw thinks its the fuel ecu unit
does this seam right and can i get hold of whatever it is

will keep that in mind if i need it but i doubt it on a camper van
