| similar to my other thread on the glow plug module, I'd like to use the factory VW radiator fan control module. I have it down to three wires needing to be connected, one is a heavy red one, presumably (+) from the battery. The next is a heavy brown one, striaght to the body for earth. The third is a thinner red one. I'm thinking this should be a switched live from the ignition. Am I right? |

nevermind, I've done a bit of messing and yes, it needs a permanent live and a switched live to work  |

just use a stock fan switch to control the fans and bin the fan control relay it wont be of any advantage to you. if you want have a manual override switch in the cab comine this with a generic spotlamp type relay
