HI All,

does anyone know if there is a bolt on upgrade to replace the front disc brakes on my 1971 bay ( 115pcd wheel studs ) i bought rear discs from futbus who also do a full kit the fronts for 849...just wondering if anyone has found a cheaper way ???

Yup, Subaru Legacy front calipers are easy to fit, the mount points are wide apart and doesn't interfer with the Bay holes. You need to fabricate an adapter and then you're good to go.

Old thread, new question:

these Sharan discs, are they the ventilated ones if you want to use the Legacy calipers?

Reason I ask, some bloke is selling his '99 Impreza GT Turbo calipers for 100,- , which I think are cheap (am I wrong?). Just wondering if they would fit over the ventilated discs of a Sharan.
