@sydney.....The idea that a rad in the back could work because the original engine was cooled here is massively flawed due to the way radiators work and the way the cooling system on the old air coolers worked. It might 'work' but it won't work efficiently due to the lack of air flow and pressure differential.Th only hope of getting it working here would involve lots of ducting, lots of fanning and lots of work ! I wouldn't bother !

I posted the above question to see if anyone else had had a bad experience with this company.At the time of posting I was trying to put some evidence together to help my cause/legal case.I apologise if it was slightly miss leading to members as it was a loaded question but I had to get some facts together to prove that my conversion was not the only one that had been very badly carried out .Fast forward to now, and my Legal action against them was Successful and after getting my money back my project can now continue.So TSR you have been thrown off this site you lost your case and thanks to my solicitor i got my money back off you you robbing cowboys..... good luck with your pathetic business and its reputation [/b]
Look closely at the expansion bottle here (seventh pic down )this is the same type TSR fitted to my car. The reason it will not stand boiling water when your conversion overheats (due to air leaks and air blockages that they would of also installed ) is that the so called expansion bottle is a cycling drinks bottle.Not what you would expect from an £8000 conversion from a so called specialist,Yes Randy Draw your a lady's bits.

What Tsr do to the ECU wiring, all bare ends bobbing about touching each other causing loads of problems!! Also many essential wires just hacked off.

Tsr brake conversion, skinny bolt in fat hole, fat bolt in skinny hole, had to drill out and re-tap. Pretty basic stuff you'd think for the leading specialist!

The crazy thing is,all the things I,ve rectified to make a much better running van would be childs play to an actual mechanic and not really add much cost wise. Tsr are either thick as fcuk or couldnt give a fcuk or a sorry mixture of both!!!!!!!
