if the manifold looks a bit scrappy thats because i made it from some old galvanised water pipe i had.

it will be replaced one of these days with this







to suit my VF38

Ok here's mine -

Commodore V6 Y pipe, modified Wink catalytic converter, couple of 90' bends and a Lukey free flow muffler...

Standard legacy exhaust manifold, on backwards with a rover 416 backbox welded to it Wink



I then wrapped it with exhaust heat wrap..

it drops down next to the gbox heads diagonally accross the van and u-turns so the backbox sits just in front of the rear wheel.

mine: stock 1Y diesel manifold into type25 diesel silencer using some recycled type25 diesel bends and 1Y downpipe

when the previous steel one died after 4 years of use I got some stainless from magnaflow



tacked it up




then fully tig'd it and fitted




on a 1Z tdi in a T3 karmann cheetah

Ive gone for a single muffler now, noise isn't too bad, made a bit more power though.

this is mine. it makes a u turn around the gearbox and ends up in a muffler next to the rear wheel. later on I removed the cat and put a small peugot 305 muffler at the uturn point. now my ears don`t bleed that much when i`m driving;)
