I'm at a loss as to whats wrong. (pic below) it keeps over heating and blowing the larger pipe that feeds the rad off.

the red pipes are hot, the blue is only warm, the black is only thin so i cant be sure but I know water is flowing through the black bleed pipe as i can see it and i know that water is flowing in the expansion tank through the heater matrix.

thermostat has been tested and is working fine.

what kind of airscoop do you have on the rad?
