2.2 out of a 1990 legacy in a 64 splitscreen
So after a resto I’m trying to figure out the engine and I’m having trouble getting it to run.
Wiring loom is new, Subaru loom has been done by Nick Tune.
So I tested at the fuel pump and I’m getting no power.
Fuel pump is fine and runs if I put direct power to it.
Fuel pump relay, I’ve checked it has constant power to thick yellow, ignition power to the thin yellow.
At the ECU I’ve checked control unit power supplies b48/13 and b48/2 and have 2.7v when ignition off and 13.6 when ignition on.
I’ve also checked F47/23 which is fuel pump relay control and it’s putting out 13.7v but not switching to 0v from what I can see to switch the pump relay on.
I’m not great with wiring so I’m looking for someone to point me in the right direction to rectify the problem.
