so i will be working from front to back

i have donethe majority of chassis work and will post these pics as soon as i can get the pics off my phone

this is how it looks at the mo

the stuff in the red oxide is some very badly fitted panels

both front arches have been replaced with just skins no inners and the front panel isnt on straight

and when it was parked out side my old flat last time it was on the road god that was long time ago

(big bang 2005) some chavs put a huge dent in it plus it dosent realy work with plans i have for it :smt040

and photoshop projection the red with be darker and satin finish hopfully but will probably change my mind

ok so this is how it starts

so i have removed my pug engine with my home made engine crane

and i can now work in the dry after i readjusted my engine crane to become a tent frame

more to follow after my angle grinder is fitted with some cutting dics off to the shop se you all later

Lovin that ferrari look with the intakes Cool

Some great work there with the scaffolf poles

Rich had a plan to get some scaffold poles make a roll cage for the bus so you could roll it over and work on the underside so there summut else you can do with when your bored.. good luck bending them Grin

I have a couple of ideas for my cooling system, and actually, one of them is the same as yours. Happy

Make sure the rad i tight so the air doesn't "slip around" it, and it should work very well.

nice tent , as for scaffold tube think me uncle can bend them , or no just remember'd in was when he fell off a roof

Yer I've wondered about doing similar with the rads before. Your photoshop pic looks cool with them in keep us posted on them I'd love to see them in action.

Still thinking on how to do the side vents

i know what i want but to actually get it in steel is a different matter
may get some slightly curved ones made up or leave them stright

anybodys input would be greatly appreciated

well the tent has just ripped on the top of the scoffold bolts bugger bugger

but here is the photos of the some of the chassis work

was done very early on when my welding isnt as good as it is now all the welds are solid so im happy with it

there was a lot to change you can see the new top hat i had made its a complete box section and only cost me 2 quid and a pint

hopfully wont have to touch much more under here

oh the tent

not trying to knock you on this pic but i did some welding like this on my bay , and the MOT bloke said i had to re'do this bit and turn the welder up a bit

. you might get away with some seam sealer , just to tidy up a bit as its prob got a good hold , i had a right job getting the plate off that i had to replace ,think the MOT bloke was just been a twat

Id definately say stick with the straight air ducts/vents as fil said a friend of ours done it on karmen looked really good
