yours got them daft clamps on as well ,, or is it the bolts on exhauste manifold ,, you had a bust pipe _________________ Auto Union Munga Jeep ,T4 2.4td , T4 2.5tdi ,Mercedes S Class on LPG , 66 splity deluxe , GP mk1, 3 type 25s 1 with 1.9dt pug engine + 1 with N/A pug engine ,,there are 6 t25s with pug power in Darlington

bolts to the manifold can get any sort of tool in to the front one ......
inlet manifold is in the way
so i made a special tool out of an allen key scredriver pit and som flat bar brasied the two together and it works very well
its a long saga on my cooling problems with my daily
the rad went bang
then the heater matrix god that was a barsteward
when taking the heater matrix out i broke the stupid fitting that goes through the bulk head so in the mean time i cut the hoses and linked them together with pipe bypassing the matrix the thermostat has now jammed and pressure built blowing the bypass pipe off i think i was spanking it down the M69 at the time so when i realised it was two late head gasket has gone
