any one got any diagrames/pics of a bay cooling system

hi peps putting a ej22 in my bay got a xj40 rad mounted underneath,just wondered how anyone else has done this ie how the mounted expansion chamber, also the rad has an over flow (8mm pipe coming off the top ) dose this work like the subaru (when it reaches a 16psi it lets by).

any info would be great

Have a looksee at my posts in here (My conversion PTI thro PTIV), you won't have to guess anything!
There's also shots in "Show us your rads - Buses" and my header tank (Vauxhall Fronteria)
My 8mm goes to the header. It isn't pressure controlled.
Make sure the header is a 'flow through' one. Mine's in the heater line, if you use a single feed tank you get vapor locking (mine was living proof and so was Kev's)

i would love to to have a gander but the mrs is DRAGGING me to liverpool this week end to see the in laws

i recon i should have it up and running in two weeks then i can get back going to the shows
