apologies first off as this isnt a vwkd related question really but a general ICE question - hopefully someone can help....im not too hot on this stuff.
My new ride (Merc vito) has an amp. I have it rigged so its switched manually and doesnt drain the battery when im parked up. The problem I have is it picks up mechanical noise when on and engine is idling (can clearly hear the cylinders firing) or at higher speeds it turns into a whining which gets higher / lower with speed. somehow its picking up interference from the engine which is odd as its mounted under the front seat.
Is there anything I can do to stop this? or is my amp knackered. |

Yer you can get inline capacitors that wil solve that should be less than £5 from your local auto factor or rudeboy shop. _________________ www.faltownskateboards.com |
