Audi Turbo-powered T25 singlecab: stops starts and goes

T25 which has a 2.2 1B quattro motor fitted to it, from an Audi 200. It also has A6 288mm front brakes to reign in it's enthusiasm. The engine is fitted on a South African bellhousing and tubular mounting bar that someone (not me) made up for the 5cylinder engine. It has a 4 speed DK code lawn mower 'box which is supposed to be the strongest standard T25 gearbox available. It also has a new 240mm clutch, so that's unlikely to be found wanting.

The shell is pretty straight and relatively rot-free.

I was going to go drag racing with it, but as we're expecting our second child and I have another couple of projects, this idea is a possibility that is receding into the distance faster than a quick 1/4mile.

This wouldn't be VWDRC alt engines class, it would be Sportsman, as it's a VAG, which means you'd have something that would be fantastically competitive without spending the earth on a fandango lawn mower motor.
