Hello
I need a new exhaust system for my syncro with 2,2 EJ engine.


If somebody have good and simple designs to show me I would be verry greatfull!

I have a slightly modified original Vw syncro engine mount. With sliding bars etc...

All depending what model/year of car... the headers can differ loads, look around a scrappy (wreaker's yard) at different ones if you're on a budget. Which most of us are if we're DIYing it

And yes you should be able to weld it using a no-gas mig. Be careful as they do run hotter than a gas mig for the same voltage/current. Zorst tubing's around 1mm thick, so it shouldn't be a problem
