running rich 3 cylinders ? help (t25/ej25n/a)

Firstly thanks to all the peeps on here for solving all my conversion problems so far albeit indirectly, great site.

My problem at the moment is that my engine is running really rich, blacking 3 plugs misfiring and not full power although full revs (not in limp mode) . there are sparks to each plug however they seem week. i have tried swapping round the plugs but the same one pot runs ok. the engine starts ok and runs but very lumpy on idle.

Any direction for where to start looking im thinking check earths and vaacuum hoses .

For info i went the full donor route buying a running leggy and drove it for 6 months so i know it will run all ok.
Not really workied much on car engines etc as my background is more bikes so have a limited knowledge of ecus and the like ..however this has been a great experience so far!!
