Hi
I have a 72 that im thinking of converting to citroen 1.9 td.

So now i want to go diesel. More torque and less fuel consumption.
Is it anyone in here who has a few pics of flywheel and adapterplate?

Have no problem getting up the hills but 10 to 20 mpg is not funny anymore.
How much are your kits?

10 to 20mpg is far from funny ,, looks like you've got a nice crossover bay a kit for that would be about 250 pounds ,, I'll have have a chat with a few people about post Happy

The car was restored during last winter, was almost finished when we went on holiday. Gonna do the rest this winter, some small exterior jobs and a bit more inside Happy

not sure of the weight but its an engine that i've once carried from one bench to another , would not even attempt to do this now-a-days ,, I've fitted a 1.9 N/A in a late bay viking 6 birth and was no bother regarding the weight Happy

From reading around in the forum it looks like the radiator to use is the one from a jag xj40. Is this correct?

Have taken the engine out of the ZX. Now i wonder what this thingy is ? it was mounted on l.h inner wing.
Also, what do you guys use for brake vacuum pumps in a Bay?
