At last i`m back on track and found a donor, a year 2000 mondeo TD and off to take the engine out on Tuesday and was planning to do the mod to remove the immobalizer from the pump to make it easier for me.
But what else do i not need to forget?

TBH I can't think of a lot of things I've used off my donor Fords other than the engine. You could use things like the rad, heater matrix, switches, re-wire yours with the ford wiring harness.
I did remove the whole wiring harness including dash clocks as I plan to get it up and running in my bus with all the original wiring and clocks then weed out what is not required. I was gonna use the original clocks for the temp gauge as much as anything just to check the reading I get on that matches my after-market clock.
Basically grab anything that you think might come in handy but as long as you have everything that makes the engine run you should be ok
