I'm pretty tired of my van being low, it's ruddy impractical, and I'd like to run big tyres at the back and lower my belly mounted rad a little (may help hot air exit and get more air feeding through the scoop).

Does anyone know how much a spline turn at the rear equates to? I fancy raising it two splines from where it currently is, which I think will take it to plus 1. I'm going to get a standard beam for the front, but thinking the extra weight of the diesel motor will level it out around there? Then some big steels and big tyres!!

one spline outer spline equates to about 2- 3 inch ish


I think we should make high the new low.. would make our lives so much easier when it come to belly rads

cheers! yeah high is the way to go - going to get some chunky tyres to boot. It's a real nerve racking experience taking it into a field as it is - hoping to go to a festi in aug so trying to get it all done for then!
