I am ready to fit my loom and wondered if the ecu or any of the other connctions on brackets need to be connected to metal to earth them? I am fitting a ej20 n/a into a earlybay and was going to fit it all under the the rock and roll bed to wood.
Also will a autometer tachometer run ok from the ecu output?

If you have wiring diagram you will discover there is a tachometer output to the ecu. It's a single wire, can't help with which pinout it would be
