Besides my roof already being full (And a dormobile roof waiting to be installed) :


I always thought the expansion tank should be the highest point of the cooling water system...?

Should give excellent cooling though...

I built a roof rad mount but bottled it rather, I was going to take copper pipe out of the vents but decided against. There was another van in the Us with a roof rad which worked well. Seem to remember he had a rad from a yank car which was designed to sit at an angle? Fins were slanted.

And yeah mine had the expansion tank above the rad slightly

I saw this car in person at the OCTO meet, if I hadn't seen the video I would never have guessed it had a Subi in it
